Midsummer Daydream

Cognac Frapin 1270 / 2 oz
Coconut Water / 1 oz
1 squeeze of Lime Wedge (or .25 oz lime juice)
Tonic Water / 2 oz
2 dashes of Orange Bitters (optional)


Build the cocktail in a highball glass.
Add ice and stir.
Garnish with a lime wheel. Add ice cubes.
