French Boulevardier

Ingredients

Cognac Frapin 1270 / 5 cl
Gentiane Salers / 2 cl
Maurin – Quina / 2 cl
French vermouth / 1.5 cl
Lemon peel for garnish

Method

In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, pour 5 cl Cognac Frapin 1270, 2 cl Gentiane Salers, 2 cl Maurin-Quina, 1.5 cl French vermouth then stir.
Strain the contents into the cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
