Ingredients
- Cognac Frapin 1270 / 5 cl
- Vermouth sec / 2 cl
- 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey tea syrup
- Orange Bitters / 3 dashes
Preparation
- Mix the ingredients and stir.
- Strain into a liqueur glass with ice or into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
- Add ice cubes. Earl Grey tea syrup: bring to a boil and prepare Earl Grey tea.
- When hot, mix equal parts of sugar and tea until the sugar dissolves. Let it sit and cool.
