Ingredients
- 5 cl of Frapin 1270 Cognac
- 2 cl of Christmas Wine
- 4-5 drops of Chocolate Bitters
- Absinthe
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 1 Lemon Zest
Preparation
- Pour 2-3 drops of absinthe onto a sugar cube and burn the sugar to caramelize it, then pour it into the cocktail glass.
- Add 4-5 drops of Chocolate Bitters and 2 cl of Christmas Wine to the glass, then mix and fill with ice.
- Add 5 cl of Frapin 1270 Cognac and mix again.
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
