Ingredients

Cognac Frapin 1270 / 4.5 oz

6-8 fresh washed raspberries

Fresh lime juice / 1 oz

Triple Sec / 1.5 oz

Soda

Ice cube

Method

Pay the raspberries, lime juice & triple sec into a shaker and gently muddle. Then add the cognac and ice cube. Now shake the whole thing carefully and then pay it through a fine bar strainer into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes.

A dash of soda gives the final touch !
