Ingredients
Cognac Frapin 1270 / 40 ml
Rhum (from Jamaica ideally) / 20 ml
Peach cream / 20 ml
Lime Juice / 20 ml
Syrup / 15 ml
2 dashes Augostura Bitters
I like to add in optional 25 ml sparkling Earl Grey.
Method
Shake, Strain over ice. Mint Bouquet and grated nutmeg.
