Ingredients
Cognac Frapin 1270 / 1.5 oz
Lemon Juice / .5 oz
Raspberry Syrup / .5 oz
1 drop Rose Water
Absinthe
Champagne
Method
Shake first four ingredients before fine-straining the ingredients into a glass that’s been rinsed with absinthe.
Pour in the Champagne until it reaches the brim.
Garnish with rose petal.
