Ingredients

Cognac Frapin VSOP / 5 cl
Monin Yuzu Fruit puree / 1 cl
Saint Germain / 1 cl
Pimento non-alcoholic ginger drink / 5 cl
2 lime quarters
4 fresh basil leaves

Method

In a cocktail shaker, crush the lime quarters and basil leaves.
Pour the Monin, Saint Germain and Cognac Frapin VSOP into the shaker.
Strain into an ice filled tumbler and thin with the Pimento.
