Method
No ice tea was created by Jeremy Pascal and is a build cocktail served in a sake jug at the table with dry ice. The Asian cordial and lemon oleo saccharum are made in house. The Asian cordial is based on dry sake spiced with a variety of flavors including lemongrass, Chinese five spice, ginger and cinnamon.
The tea is from rare tea merchant Lalani and Co. Frapin’s subtle orchard fruit flavors and underlying concentration are the perfect partner to the other flavors in cocktail.
No Ice Tea will be served in all Opium Chinatown’s bars.
