Lemon juice / 2 cl
Parsnip Sherry / 2 cl
Hazelnut orgeat / 1.25 cl
Absinthe / 1 dash
Method
Pull all the ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake, strain into a coupe and garnish with the parsnip wheel.
